Ring the Alarm!

When you first hear your smoke alarm go off, what's the first thing you think of? Is the house on fire? Did I leave something on the stove? Is there a candle burning too long??
The sound of the alarm is only a warning, it doesn't tell us what set it off.
Similarly anxiety can be looked at as the alarm in our body, telling us something is off. It's up to us to figure out if this is an emergency or just another case of toast being left in the toaster too long.
Let's explore and navigate through what your anxiety is telling you and find ways to regain control in the midst of all the noise around us!
