About Me
I founded Arise Above to help others overcome their challenges by offering a more flexible and personlaized approach. I enjoy problem solving and connecting with individuals through their unique story. My experience spans multiple settings including hospitals and group homes to residential programs and services for both children and senior populations. My primary focus has been helping individuals battling anxiety and depression. More recently I have been helping couples overcome hurdles stemming from individual traumas and differences. to learn to see each other more clearly and feel heard in their relationship.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My hobbies include staying active by running or playing basketball. I love to travel, both for leisure or to visit family in the Caribbean and South America.
